The personal treatment was so appreciated. One deciding factor in choosing this company is that AAA endorses. I needed four new tires and didn't know where to go so I visited to discuss. Everything was explained. I was completely convinced that I came to the right place! The tires are now replaced and I am very impressed.

The staff at Pacific Auto Works are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I had a tire that needed repairing. It was taken care of immediately even though I did not have an appointment. I was provided with transportation to work and my car was delivered when I could not get away for the pick up. I felt staff went over and beyond to ensure a positive experience.
