I was in town for car week and my Audi SQ8 (my tow vehicle no less) threw a check engine light and reduced power messages. Pacific Motor got me in the same day that I called and had a good idea of what the problem might be. The tech diagnosed it quickly, parts were in the next morning and in less than 24 hours my SQ8 was back to 100%. Erika and Beatrice were super nice and very invested in a good customer experience. The tech obviously knew what he was doing as well. If you have an Audi and want it serviced by people who know what they are doing AND care about the customer, Pacific Motor Service is the place!

We needed new tires and were referred to Pacific Motors. We were given estimates for different tires, including prices. It took one day to get the tires we wanted to the shop and all four were changed and aligned at the specified time...drop off at 8:00 am and pick-up at noon. Will definately use Pacific Motros again and highly recommend.
