Choosing a place to trust to repair and maintain these rolling death machines we call cars is difficult. I like coming here. Kyle found a way to tell me that there was no judgment about how long that I took to do my oil change, but also I should come in much more frequently. That's real talk and can keep me safer. Service is quick, the technicians do a great job with detailed (including photos) vehicle reports. I can't comment on price because I don't shop around much. I trust the services I select are done well.

Very friendly staff and excellent service. A bit on the expensive side for maintenance I think, but they do a great job looking over the vehicle and explaining any type of maintenence that needs to be done, why it's important, and estimated costs for the repairs. No bad experiences with the work done or the staff. So far, they also seem to reliably get the car back to you within their estimated time windows.

A week or two after I got my car back, I noticed the original noise that brought me in was still present. I returned to the shop, and they quickly identified the issue as a gasket-related problem and repaired it at no charge. I appreciated that they stood behind their work and made it right. During my second visit to complete additional repairs, I experienced another issue after picking up my vehicle and noticed a strong gas smell. It was eventually traced to a punctured gas line. While we disagreed about the cause, I was impressed with how professionally and respectfully the situation was handled. We were able to discuss our differing perspectives calmly and constructively, and I felt heard throughout the process. What truly sets this shop apart is their customer service—especially the woman at the front desk. She is, without question, one of the best customer service professionals I have ever worked with. She is knowledgeable, communicative, patient, and genuinely cares about her customers. It's easy to provide good service when everything goes smoothly, but her professionalism really stood out when dealing with a challenging situation. She listened, understood my concerns, and handled everything with empathy and grace.
