Program Description
Pacific Motor Service uses AutoVitals messaging technology to send SMS text messages to customers who have opted in. Messages are sent by Pacific Motor Service to customers who have provided consent. Message types include appointment reminders, service reminders, vehicle status updates, inspection results, thank-you messages, one to one general messages, and marketing or promotional updates where applicable.
Automated Technology
Messages may be sent using automated technology. You are not required to consent to receive automated messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies based on your vehicle activity and scheduled appointments.
