I've been going to these folks since 2002/2003. I began with working primarily with Kevin, then Jim, and subsequently Kyle. They have always been honest and forthright - I had a vehicle previously that they kindly were looking out for my best interests by letting me know that the value of the vehicle vs. the cost of repairs that needed to be complete was probably not a good thing for me, which I was extremely grateful for. Subsequently, even though at times they've been in the unenviable position of having to be the bearer of bad news where my (newer) car has been concerned, they've always been helpful, looking out for my best interests, and are always truthful. Where other places I've gone (either because of location of where I was or from the dealer themselves) have told me outright that various repairs needed to be done, when coming back to where I belong at Pacific Motor Service to get the final verdict, I've always found out where most of what I've been informed at other places was incorrect (although they're far too professional enough not to use the phrase "liars", but you know), saving me from a lot of unnecessary, costly repairs. Please don't penny pinch and go somewhere else to save a few dollars - these folks warranty the work, help with rides wherever possible, and are going to save you a lot of funds in the long run from either incompetent mechanics, poor parts quality, or even outright crooks!
