I had a fantastic experience at Pacific Motor Service. Beatriz is an outstanding manager. She is articulate, knowledgeable, and has exceptional communication and customer service skills. This was my first visit since my regular mechanic has been booked several weeks out, and I’m glad I gave Pacific Garage a try. I came in for an oil change, and the team took the time to explain upcoming maintenance recommendations and what I should keep an eye on in the future. I never felt pressured—just well informed. It’s refreshing to find an honest, professional shop that values its customers. I highly recommend Pacific Garage and will definitely be returning.

Big fan here! The folks out front are considerate, knowledgeable and happy. They are always able to accommodate me with my scheduling, sometimes squeezing me in at the last minute. Their pricing has been consistently competitively less expensive than other shops I've used. They are prompt in contacting me when my car is ready and checking out is quick. Print outs of work done and recommendations for future safety are always informative and appreciated.

Professionalism Is where I want to start, The communication is amazing I highly recommend taking your car to this place because they care a lot about satisfaction and getting it done correctly. Shout out to KYLE for his in communication with the issues that I’ve had with my car.

My first time at Pacific Motors. Kevin and Kyle were the consultants and did a great job explaining the service, etc. Time of service was approx 1.5 hours which is exactly what Kyle originally estimated
