Great place with great staff. They educate you on what is wrong with your vehicle and recommend the way forward. Having had a issue that required immediate attention, they got me in right away. They even showed me the parts that failed and described why they failed. Pricing is on par with what is expected for most services nation wide which I respect given the cost of living in this area.

Amazing experience at pacific motor in Monterey. From the initial call to bringing it in the first time and then again the next day to have it serviced. Rory was so helpful and professional and made the whole experience great which is a lot for me because in the past dealing with car fixing and mechanics it never went very well but this was a 5 star experience from start to finish. Very through work done on my car, very great communication and willingness to help me understand/make sure all my questions were answered if I had any.

It was easy to make an appointment and the shop was ready for me when I arrived on time. I did not need the shuttle service as I live in the neighborhood. Communication was great throughout from the initial discussion on what I was looking for and what they could do in what amount of time. I and time constraints and the estimated time when my car would be ready was exactly as I was told. The cost was also given to me upfront with no surprises. Overall, for scheduled car maintenance, it was a pleasant experience.
