The people at Pacific Motor Service are absolutely incredible. It’s the only business on the Monterey Peninsula that I would ever consider having my car serviced at. They are always timely and professional without being pushy. I hate being upsold for unnecessary services and I’ve never experienced that at Pacific. Thank God I found them.

Smart honest shop

I had issues with my car while out of town and had a diagnostic report from another repair shop. I Brought my car into Pacific Coast and they found the issue was wiring damage due to rodents. The cost was significantly lower than what I had been verbally quoted at the out of town repair shop. Kyle was great to work with, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful regarding the issue with my car.

Dropped in to have a low tire pressure light checked out. Kyle, the manager couldn’t have been more accommodating. Discovered it was the spare tire and if I would stopped back in a couple of hours to take care of it. I did and they did…in about 10 min. No hassle, no BS, just plain great, friendly, knowledgable service.
