Everyone was professional, helpful, and kind. They started work on my car as soon as they had an Available opening. When they determined what was wrong and ordered the appropriate part, They kept me informed. As soon as the part arrived, they put it in my car, came and picked me up at my house, everything running smoothly.

Both Beatrice & Rory are very pleasant, cheerful, professional and intelligent. I visited the Monterey facility yesterday as Rory promptly took the car to the mechanic staff. They performed diagnostic tests on the car and completed everything within 1 hour. Rory explained everything to me. The SURPRISING finally was that the service they performed was COMPLIMENTARY!!! Wow, what can I say, this place is awesome! I was hesitant at first as always going to get my car worked on, since I don't know much about mechanics etc. but I went for a standard oil change since I get their fliers in the mail and I live around the corner. I thought prices were very reasonable pretty quick service for what I got done and super helpful and communicative employees. I wanted to get a new belt replaced and they gave me a few other options of things that may need to be done, very straightforward and honest I feel. They even fixed this piece of metal that was under my front bumper that has been like that for years and no other place even mentioned it, these guys just fixed it. I will definitely be a repeat customer with my hoopty and any future cars, even told my mom to go, so I will definitely recommend this place to homies
