Amazing experience at pacific motor in Monterey. From the initial call to bringing it in the first time and then again the next day to have it serviced. Rory was so helpful and professional and made the whole experience great which is a lot for me because in the past dealing with car fixing and mechanics it never went very well but this was a 5 star experience from start to finish. Very through work done on my car, very great communication and willingness to help me understand/make sure all my questions were answered if I had any.
