I have a 2001 Mercedes SLK320 that Pacific Motor Service, Pacific Grove has serviced for years. Kevin, Kyle and their crew are experts at explaining problems/repairs and accomplishing the work. I also had a GEM car that they serviced for years. They definitely go the extra mile when finding parts for older/unusual cars. I am comfortable and confident their work & customer service.

They fixed my front brake vibration problem quickly and for a reasonable price. They also did a multipoint check on the car. I would highly recommend them.

Everyone was very courteous and polite; the service was done in a timely manner. After the oil change, my vehicle runs great. Will be going back to Pacific Motor Service.
