I HATE dealing with car stuff because I always expect the worst. When I called ECO Smog in Monterey to schedule a smog check, they scheduled it with me on the same day, gave me a time frame to expect, and were 100% up front with me about the cost of the service. They even told me about a coupon online. Justin at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. My car was in and out in less than the time quoted and the whole experience was enjoyable and completely stress-free. I highly recommend them!
