Very friendly staff! They took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle and why they were suggesting certain services. They also found issues I wasn't aware of (new battery, tune-up) and my vehicle feels better than when I bought it.

Pacific Motor Service has been our go-to for any automotive service needs for the last 10 years. They are efficient and honest in communicating any repair needs for our SUV.

I spoke with Beatriz for my entire experience and she was extremely helpful and kind. My car broke down a few days ago and although I was pretty stressed out with the situation I felt better after speaking with Beatriz. She took the time to explain everything to me and made sure that I understood what was wrong and what they could do to fix it. Great service as well. Am definitely using them as my primary car repair shop. :)

Kevin and Kyle both were extremely efficient and courteous, starting with Kevin in setting me up for a Monday morning appointment when I called on the previous Friday afternoon. Kyle took over on that Monday morning and had my recently-acquired used car's checkup done within 90 minutes. I brought it in two days later for the installation of a catalytic converter shield. Again, the job was completed within 90-100 minutes, making the rest of the day [I was visiting from Oregon.] a breeze. Thanks much to the entire crew.
