I am, once again, very pleased with my recent service at pacific motor service. Big visit this time: transmission and differential replacement on an aging gmc van. Kevin worked hard to find options that significantly reduced the cost and got everything fixed that needed attention. He kept it for a few days of driving to make sure the repairs were all just right. I appreciate the concern and competence I always receive from Kevin and his crew and the confidence I have that my family rides in safety and comfort.

I thought my Maserati had to go to the dealer in San Francisco for service with a check engine light problem and a driver’s seat that stopped working. I called the dealer and was informed to stop driving my car and have it towed to them. I called Kevin and he assured me the Pacific Grove or Monterey shops could take care of the conditions. It turns out the check engine light problem was a stuck open thermostat and the seat problem was a controller coding issue. Both concerns were resolved and the car performs like new!
