I would say honesty is the most important attribute in any professional service. Pacific Motors treated me right and gave me an honest assessment of what was wrong with my vehicle and what it would cost to repair. The work was completed in a timely manner and my car is now back on the road. Parts and Labor costs are fairly priced for the area and they are a great alternative to the dealership. Pacific Motors also offers a great warranty on service. So far so good.
