Second time taking my car in and it’s always been a great experience. They are very thorough when explaining the issues of the car which is helpful as I’m not a professional in mechanics. I have learned a lot about my car and how things work since I’ve chosen this shop and they are extremely respectful and organized. 10/10 would recommend anyone in the peninsula!

I took my Subaru in to get a checkup at 43,0000 miles ( it’s a newish car for me ) They serviced it and found stripped lug it’s in one of my wheels. They replaced the drum and held onto the damaged parts (done because the previous owner sévices it somewhere ELSE) . I felt safe ( masked and all) and I felt my car was honestly and efficiently cared for !! Thankyou PACIFIC MOTORS where I always get the personal touch!
