Calm, personal, clear, thorough. They promptly emailed and texted important information about a repair that needed to be done. They recommended a list of other important maintenance work. I chose some to be done now, and the rest I was going to leave for the next 5k check up, but later I called back and asked for all the work to be done. No problem. It was all done before close of business.

He had his tech run a complete series of diagnostic tests and discovered a poorly functioning catalytic converter. The new part was installed and the truck passed with flying colors.
