Occasionally spend winters in Pacific Grove. Had emergency low tire which they resolved at no charge. Took my Toyota 4Runner in for Oil Change. Was on time and estimate was exactly what they told me. Didn't try to upsell me on anything.

Brought my car here (2007 bmw m6) bc engine was having misfires and had them diagnose. Gentleman who helped me was nice. They told me I needed new spark plugs and ignition coils, quoted me $4,100 to do all 20 (10 cyl). Something like $2200 for parts and $1800 for 6 hours of labor. I towed the car back to my house and did it myself for $1200 with all oem parts… in 6 hours. I’ve never done engine work before, youtubed it, and it took me the same amount of time they quoted me for their professional mechanic. It’s almost insulting how much they asked for spark plugs and ignition coils.

Erica (Front desk) was very kind and kept me well informed throughout the visit. I was only there for a short time for an oil change, but they offered a shuttle service if I didn’t want to wait at the shop. During their complimentary 68 point inspection they found a leak on the on the valve gasket/cover, they were honest with us that the leak was not significant and it could wait to be repaired if need be. I requested an estimate for the repair and they were very prompt having the estimate to me within a couple hours. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic.

Pacific replaced the small battery in my EV. Wonderful same day service which got me back on the road.
