I'm so glad I found this shop! I went to 2 dealers and the last dealer wanted to sell me a transmission to correct my shifting problems. Pacific found a problem with a faulty alternator that caused my transmission computer to go crazy. I don't understand the exact reason my computer went crazy but i do know this shop saved me thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs. Thanks you for helping me with this headache.

At 5:20pm on Friday I am towed into their lot. My alternator is out, taking my battery with it. Kevin finds a supplier who will deliver a new alternator after hours, and then stays 90 min past closing time to make sure I can get my vehicle back in time for a cross-state move. It is very rare to find a business that will go the extra mile for their customers. I wish I could take them with me, as I would go to them exclusively for all of my vehicle repairs.

Pacific Motor Service is a great place to go for car service and advice. My girlfriend and I have been going there for the past year or so, and my recent trip there fixed all the problems I had been riding around with for months within a few hours on a random Friday. Kevin and his people were honest about their advice and fit me into their schedule with no problems. Overall good stuff. G
