Great service! Reliable work completed on my car=)

I was amazed at how clean the whole facility was, which is rare in that industry! Kevin took his time in explaining the unexplainable.I even got a hands-on lesson changing my windshield wipers......I think I passed.

I made an appointment for a smog check. Initially I was disappointed that I had to wait until the end of the week for a time slot. But when I did go in, it only took about 20 minutes to complete the job. So the system in place for time management is very efficient and predictable, getting you and your car back together in the least amount of time possible. Kevin was courteous and professional, and the price was very reasonable.

There is a lesson to be learned here by larger, more impersonal dealers: Quality and service counts!

I was having trouble when I started my car, and Pacific Motor Works was able to take my car immediately, test it and determine what the problem was, and then repair it.

As always, the whole experience at Pacific Motors was quick, easy, pleasant, on my schedule, all questions and issues addressed..... just a great team to work with. They really do feel like old friends. Really appreciated the rides you provided for me both back to my home, then back to the shop so I didn't have to sit around and wait. :-)
