"As always" the service was excellent and caring. I would never take my cars anywhere else for service.

As usual the service performed on my 1941 Chevy was excellent.

My experience was well beyond what I expected during the shelter-in-place mandate. The concierge service to my front door made it possible for me to leave my car without leaving my house. All the promised fixes had been performed, interior sanitized and papers ready for a signature. Thank you Kevin and crew, for your friendly and efficient handling of my elusive engine light issue. Pacific Motor Service has been a reliable, competent and very capable ‘friend’ to our family’s vehicles for many years. Excellent customer service. I was not comfortable signing the repair order in person. As an alternative, Pacific Motor Service emailed the authorization form to me. I then completed the form and signed it. I emailed the firm back to them. They went above and beyond to make this happen. Also, my car was picked and delivered to my house. Absolutely outstanding service.
