Having recently moved to the area, I was unsure of where to take my car for the ongoing manufacture maintenance. I found Pacific Motor Service in my area and have been very satisfied with their service. I have been twice and it has been easy to schedule, had great communication regarding service/cost and they have courteous, happy employees. Recommend for anyone seeking auto maintenance/repairs!!

A faulty oil filter caused an oil leak a few months after I had my oil changed. Pacific Motor Service replaced the oil filter, cleaned up the underside of my car, and apologized for the problem. I was extremely pleased with how they handled this situation. They were honest and took care of the problem with no charge to me. It was a fair and equitable solution to the situation. This is how I like to be treated and do business. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!

For my first visit to Pacific Motor Service, I didn’t know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. I brought my Nissan van in for its 20k service. I was able to easily make an appointment the same week and understand exactly what was going to be performed in my service. I was treated respectfully and courteously by Kevin and Rory. When I picked up my vehicle, I felt confident that the necessary service had been performed and nothing more and nothing less. I paid what I was quoted. I am satisfied with the service and care I received and will go back.

From the time I arrived, Rory greeted me in a friendly way. He took my request for my car service and oil change. Kevin took me home and I waited for about 1 1/2 hours while my car was completed. Everyone was polite and I appreciate the service provided to me. Thanks, Gail Jonas
