As always, I got immediate attention when I called. I had an emergency situation--my car, on the way out of town flashed a light for "check engine". I was told I could come right in, which I did. I was reassured that from my description of how my car was acting that the situation probably wasn't dire and would be fixable (it's a 17 year old Toyota). The car was repaired that day (minor tune up because it isn't operating on all cylinders) and ready for me by 3 PM. Thanks!
