my tire blew out while visiting Monterey this week and AAA towed me to pacific Motor. It was close to closing time and the service person helped me find lodging and gave me a ride. My truck was ready the next day and I was back on vacation! Great service and nice people!

I really appreciate the time that Jim took sending me a film clip of the movement in my tie rod end links. It was made clear to me that this is a safety issue since my dear wife drives this car most of the time. She is amazed about how much better the car sounds, handles and runs after our recent two visits to your shop.

My daughter is over 300 miles from home, attends CSUMB and drives a semi-reliable Jeep. While visiting over the weekend we took her car in for much needed service. I left it in Jim and Justin's very professional and capable hands. They notified me of any additional repairs they thought should be done and got her car back to her in a timely manner. It gives me peace of mind that she has someone who is trustworthy to take her car to while away at school.

The repairs to my old Mercury were expensive and I hate spending money on my car. What I discovered after speaking with the owner of the shop was how expensive buying a new or used car is on a cost per mile basis. He used a calculator to show me how much I've spent over the past 5 years per mile versus buying a used car and driving it for 5 years. As frustrated as I was spending this much money to fix the car, I appreciated the help thinking through my options. My car runs like new again, maybe I'll keep her for another 5 years.
