My experience with Pacific Motor Service today was excellent, as I have come to expect over the years I have brought my car here. Justin's explanation of additional work that needed to be done was clear and helpful. I appreciated the ride home after dropping the car off, and being picked up again when the work was done, this time by the mechanic who worked on the car. From our conversation it was clear he knew the car's history from a review of the service records. Outstanding service, as always!
