I am a repeat customer. I have always had prompt, courteous, competitively priced & timely service. This time around, I had occasion to test their 3 year warranty. A part failed on some work they did about a year ago ( which I had forgotten about). It was in their system and the replacement part and work cost me zero. Plus they gave me a shuttle back and forth to my house. The present manager at the Forest Ave location,Justin, I had dealt with before at their smog shop. I found him to be a real gentleman and attentive to my concerns. I am very pleased with all my dealings with them and would recommend them to my friends.

I would have given a higher rating had it not been for the lack of callback, alert sign still flashing and the omission of a new oil change reminder on the windshield.

We were treated well, swiftly, and thoroughly with an oil delivery unit in Diane's 1951 Morris Minor convertable. Justin was very nice and accommodating and promised he would get us up and running, without an oil leak, for tomorrow's The Little Car Show and Friday's Pacific Grove Concours. Should be fun as usual.

I was on a tight schedule, but when I went out to start the car It wouldn't start. I called Pacific Motors at 3pm on a Friday afternoon, and Mr. Barrett was there in 10 minutes to help get my car into the shop. Plus they loaned me a car so that I could keep my appointments, and on top of that my car was repaired by 5pm. Nice going.

Appointment was ready to go on time, and vehicle was finished on time, with all work done to satisfaction. I am very satisfied with the experience.

Justin was extremely helpful on the phone, and did a great job of informing me of the process and costs regarding my concerns. I knew exactly what was required to repair and tune up my car, and roughly what it would cost to do it. I left very satisfied and glad that I took my car to Pacific Motor Service. I will definitely be back in for oil changes and regular tune-ups!

Jim the Service Writter very professional, office and shop areas spotless. Job completed as promised. Car was returned to me with tunk floor not installed, which covers the spare tire and battery. (I had battery replaced along with other items repairs/maintenance) Thought work was on the pricey end. Oh yes I thought the shuttle service was a great added benefit.
