This was my first time visiting Pacific Motor Service. Beau was helpful, friendly, and efficient. The oil change was completed in the time quoted which was important to me as I had another appointment right afterwards. There were some other issues on the car that need to be addressed, but they were explained clearly and I didn't feel as if they were just trying to get more money from me. I will definitely go back.

I especially appreciated the professional way that my questions were answered and the kindness shown when dealing with worries! My car was worked into the schedule so that I could drive back to Big Sur the same day...and to top it all off, Michael even walked across the street with me to help carry a bag of dog food to my car! I just moved here and I feel blessed to have found a great garage with people I feel I can trust. Thanks!

Got me in and out expeditiously, car feels good and the waiting room (and coffee) were conducive to my reading a bit, which I really need.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from Pacific Motor Vehicles! I was treated very well and everything was explained to me. It was pricey though, and cost a lot for tires and brakes and labor.
