Good job, except drums from supplier were not round. After complaining, drums were replaced with new ones quickly and courteously at no charge.

Unfortunately some parts we get do malfunction(defective) and thats why we have the longest warranty in Monterey County(3yrs or 36,000 miles).It doesnt happen often here but it does every once and a blue moon. Service Manager,Beau Blackwell

Everything was great and I have already made multiple recommendations. It makes me feel relieved just knowing that Pacific Motor Services is there. I feel like I can call whenever and be taken care of in an honest, straightforward way. As a female I think I'm automatically set up to be taken advantage of and that is not at all the impression I got from my experience there. I trust that any advice they give me, is an honest opinion with my best interest in mind. I also really appreciated their willingness to work with me and most importantly, my warranty. Once other shops in the area learned that they potentially had to deal with that, they all of a sudden "had to call me back" or they were "really busy at the moment and could I call back tomorrow?"And one last thing and this is no joke- prior to visiting Pacific Motor Services, I had a full, $140 "safety" inspection done by another, local auto body shop who will remain nameless. Susi Auto- ooops, I told! The results of their inspection indicated that among many other bulls**t things, I needed all new front brakes (not cheap). This was determined because the "brake fluid contained a high moisture content and a low boiling poing (point maybe???)" WTF does this mean? Because of this moisture content descrepancy and bad boiling business, they also declared my situation to be "a safety hazard." Thank goodness I didn't have the work done there because Pacific Motor set me straight and provided a REAL, HONEST inspection!!!! TY

Once again, Pacific Motor Service went the extra mile for us. On a Friday, our son headed down the rural coast south of Carmel and called me to say that our minivan's "Check Engine" light had come on and the coolant looked a little low. I told him to call Pacific Motors and ask their advice, especially since we needed the minivan to carry gear for a long trip the next day. Service manager Beau told him to bring the car in right away but to check the fluid level every few miles. My son arrived at the shop only 20 minutes before closing time, but Beau had the problem diagnosed, staying late to be sure we'd be okay for the trip the next day. I took the car in several days later for replacement of the defective sensor. We were not turned away that Friday, so we did not need to seek another mechanic willing to stay late for us. Thank you, Pacific Motor Service team!

I called the afternoon before and asked if you could do a 30,000-mile service the next morning. The answer was "yes," and it would take about 2 hours. I brought it in at 9:00 and was called at 11:30 to say that it was ready. That is good service, especially on such short notice.
