I was able to get an appointment on a short notice! Love the location as well. I waited while the work was being done. I was able to explore the downtown area. My only issue was that the service reminders were not properly reset. I was very happy with the service otherwise. I will be taking our cars for service to this shop from now on.

I had taken my car to the Mercedes shop fo r a servicing. they told me what I needed, one of the items was new wiper blades which I had replaced two weeks ago. I lost my trust in them. I had heard of Pacific Motors Service, made an appointmentt and had the service done there. I was pleased with the way every thing was handled. My car runs smooth and quiet. Beatrice at the service desk, very helpfull and friendly, I'm definatly going back, thanks to their mechanic. My car was returned to me in a couple of days, very quick. Thank You
