Great service from start to finish! Rory at the counter was very friendly and explained everything clearly. They did a free complete inspection. He called a few hours later with the diagnosis and estimate. The work was done quickly and he called to let me know. The price was reasonable. This was my 2nd visit and I’ll definitely make it my regular shop.

I have been taking my 2002 VW Passat Stationwagon exclusively to Pacific Motors in Pacific Grove for 8 years. I just had some much-needed repair and service work done on the car. Kyle and Kevin are the most polite and thoughtful service representatives that I have ever dealt with, in over my 55 years of driving. I have never owned a new car and depend on integrity, craftsmanship, and most importantly upfront and honest assessments and let's not forget fair pricing—one of the main reasons why I am a repeat customer. As long as I live in this pristine area by the sea, Pacific Motors is the right choice, one that I can live, and drive with.
