Traveling from Santa Rosa and needed air in my right rear tire. I looked online for a tire shop, found Pacific Motor Service. When I pulled in a technician named Miles greeted me cordially, offered to help, asked me what I needed, then filled all four of my tires to the required pressure, then thanked me for stopping in!! NOW THAT’S CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT’S BEST!!!

Please forgive the tardiness in posting this review. The guys at Pacific Motor Service know their stuff and then some. Not only that, they make you feel like family. Service is fast and efficient. Prices are fair. Wouldn't even bother going anywhere else.
