Hello Alex. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, but I'm not quite sure why you left us a one star review. As far as I can tell, we served you to the best of our ability. Although there was a slight difference (approximately 15%) between the price we quoted you and the shop you towed your Mercedes to, we also provide a 3 year/36,000 mile nationwide warranty and are one of the few AAA approved shops in the area. I like to believe paying a little extra is viable given the extra piece of mind we provide. If there is another reason you left us a one star review, I'd love to understand, so you can make improvements. Good luck to you in the future.
