They are very knowledgeable and explain the procedures thoroughly. I had an issue with sensor lights that were a complete mystery as to why they would not turn off after replacement. They did some research and discussed at their weekly meeting and were able to solve the problem. The staff is very friendly. You won’t be disappointed.

I've been taking my cars to Pacific Motor Service for the last ten or so years, and I can't say enough good things about them! I recommend them to all my freinds as well as my own clients (I'm a driving instructor). They work hard to get you back on the road as quickly as possible and they take pride in what they do. The shop is clean and the staff is professoinal, friendly and communicative, they keep you in the loop the entire process. Having to get your car repaired can be a big hassle but the folks at Pacific Motor Service (Kevin, Jim, Kyle and others) make it as pleasant as possible.

All the work was executed perfectly, but this time there were a couple of minor complications, which were also taken care of.

The friendly folks at Pacific Motor Service are always there to help me out. I brought in my new(ish) car and had an oil change/inspection, removed a broken component, and even got to come to the back and talk shop with the techs. This is a great business and my favorite place to take my automobiles!

Excellent service,they went the "extra mile" for me and my 17 year old truck,it was a major repair,new heads and head gasket and so far so good, they have the best warranty in the area,highly recommend !

I appreciated their kindness but they gave my car an oil change, and when I hit the highway, I was warned by my car that there was too much oil and it must be removed immediately. Now, ASE certified??!! Nah, and I had another trusty company extract at least a quart of extra oil. Super questionable business and employees, and a left with a potential to destroy my engine. Wasn't safe to drive. Not recommended
