I had a nasty, chronic problem with my beloved 2004 VW Touareg's transmission. None of the previous mechanics had been able to diagnose the faults, much less offer a solution. I took it to Kevin and Casey at PMS and they nailed the fix in one day: a software and fluid blend fix, both buried in VW tech bulletins. Kevin said I should continue to monitor the problem and bring it back if it wasn't fully resolved. The service was great, the price reasonable, and I'm a customer for life as a result. Any repair shop that strives to be "anti-didactic" as part of their mission statement is not just an ordinary garage. Take your car there. You won't be disappointed.
