Pacific Motor Service was amazing! Super kind and professional throughout the whole process. I really like that Kyle broke down the process so I could understand it too! If you have AAA and need to tow your car, I highly recommend Pacific Motor Service! Car repairs can be expensive, but the AAA discount they give you helps out A LOT!

Service was excellent, and as the other reviews say communication is clear, straightforward, and friendly. They work with your schedule and preferred method of communication. The quality of work is also excellent. They identified the problem (shaking while braking at high speeds - rotor needed changing and brake pads pretty worn down) and addressed it. They also rotated my tires. Military friendly!
