Always a pleasant experience and the work done neatly and timely.

As always, we were welcomed and received immediate attention and after explaining the problem we saw, we were told the options of what the problem might be and potential costs. We were offered transportation back to our home and once the mechanics had inspected the car, we were advised of several alternatives and the accompanying cost for each as well as the total should we chose to have all the work done. When the car was ready, we were pleasantly surprised to find the car washed. We especially appreciated the manner in which the issues with the car were explained in laymen’s terms which helped us decide the priorities we could afford. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Pacific Motors has serviced my Mercedes for several years and has always done a good job. SO: when members of our family fled fires in Oregon with "extremely hazardous" smoke conditions and stayed with us for several days, I asked Kevin at Pacific Motors if he could change the air filter in their car. He ordered the part immediately as was able to replace the filter that same day. Boy, the old one was black from the smoke and we were so grateful that Kevin's mechanics could get fresh air into their car. Thanks!
