A+ in Service! My wife and I were visiting Pacific Grove from LA. Our Jeep Wrangler had a transmission issue. We brought the Jeep in at 8AM and Kevin quickly committed to diagnosing the problem. Within a couple of hours, we knew the exact issue, cost, and when it would get done. Kevin was honest, helpful, informative, and open. Kevin is really focused on running a good shop and ensuring his staff continually provides and improves service. He also gave us a couple of great recommendations on restaurants and sightseeing. If I lived in the area, Pacific Motor Service would be my first choice for service.
