We needed new batteries (6 of them) for our Gem electric car. We decided to have them replaced by an "official" Gem service organization. There are 2 listed for our area. I contacted the first one twice and nothing happened for a week. I contacted the second one twice and nothing happened for a week. I Talked with Kevin at Pacific Motor Service and by the following afternoon, he had obtained the batteries and they had installed them! Everything works perfectly! We know where to go next time!

The work is thorough, carefully done, and the car runs better after the service. Appointments are easy, work often completed sooner than promised.
