First time here. I'm a loyal customer once I find a repair shop I like. I like this one a lot and plan on it being my regular shop from now on.

Kevin and his staff have always been great...honest, prompt and courteous with all my dealings with them. I highly recommend them!

Very responsible and helpful with any vehicle service. Excellent communication. Prices seem to be fair, not too expensive ( although the overall prices are a huge change from back in New England ). Able to fit in our vehicles quickly and accommodate my desire to save a little by doing certain things myself and bringing the car to them for things I can't do for lack of specialty tools ( like an alignment jig).

Pacific Motors helped me help my son who's car was broken down on post. They were friendly and responsive. The car was fixed in a day and they were very accommodating to his (Army) schedule. Communication was professional.
