Great service. I like that they keep an eye on preventative fixes/routine maintenance, thereby keeping my car running great.

I think this was my best car repair service ever. I had a problem that needed urgent fixing. Pacific Motors is in my neighborhood so I drove in. They finished up on another car then fixed mine and charged me very little. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I'll go to Pacific Motors for all of my needs now.

First time here. I'm a loyal customer once I find a repair shop I like. I like this one a lot and plan on it being my regular shop from now on.

As always,work was done in an efficient and timely manner with no surprises.

Kevin and his staff have always been great...honest, prompt and courteous with all my dealings with them. I highly recommend them!

Very responsible and helpful with any vehicle service. Excellent communication. Prices seem to be fair, not too expensive ( although the overall prices are a huge change from back in New England ). Able to fit in our vehicles quickly and accommodate my desire to save a little by doing certain things myself and bringing the car to them for things I can't do for lack of specialty tools ( like an alignment jig).
