Jim and Kyle are professional yet friendly. They explain all the car stuff to me well and they and the technicians take super care of my car.

The only change I would have made would have been to offer the Senior Discount at the time of service. This opportunity was available on line, but not promoted at the shop.

Everyone is a complete professional, dedicated to making anyone who walks in the door feel comfortable and leave satisfied, Cars are fixed quickly, with minimal fuss, and no need to come back for additional work. I'd like to single out Tony, lead mechanic, for his excellence and his diagnostic skills. Jim, at the Helm, assisted by Kyle, take time to make sure the car is fixed, and fixed right the first time. I highly recommend these folks for auto repair and service.

Excellent Work and Service... Kevin fixed everything on my car I asked for and much more. I’ve had my cars serviced in the Bay Area for 30 years ... I’ve had great mechanics but Pacific Motor out did them all!
