I have never had such attention paid to my cars. So many independent shops avoid BMWs and Audis because of special tool and test equipment requirements. Pacific Motors spends their money on being well equipped and spend their time keeping track of the maintenance that I don't pay attention to. I have been elsewhere and I find their prices to be at the lower end but their door to door service at the highest end----6 stars!!!!
Chuck, Thank you for the fantastic review! I really appreciate you noticing our efforts.
