The front desk staff are incredibly helpful - they explain everything to me so I understand what’s wrong with my car and why things are necessary and are extremely understanding of my schedule and providing a shuttle to/from work when necessary. Extremely professional. Would highly recommend!

The facility was clean, Kyle was very personable and efficient behind the counter. Service was completed in a timely matter. Pacific Motor also gives discounts for AAA members and seniors!
