I do appreciate the level of service at PMS, but with this visit, I felt somewhat misled about the amount of time it would take to complete. When I made the appointment, the auto-confirmation indicated it would take one hour, but actually took closer to two. Since I had another appointment after picking up my car, there was a resulting schedule conflict and, had I been given more accurate information, I would have chosen a different appointment time.

These guys are great! I've taken my vehicle to them twice in the last seven months. Each time, my vehicle was handed back to me with the problem solved and in the same day. The second visit would have taken most shops into another day. As long as they're around, I have a mechanic shop that I trust will do the job correctly and some.
