Jim the Manager helped me understand some issues with my older (but still strong) car.

From the first phone call with Kevin, to dropping of my 2006 Audi A3 and personally speaking with Myles, the mechanic who was going to do the work on my car, to the amazing communication with Stephany in the office who always promptly sent me all the information I needed, I have to say that my experience with Pacific Motor Service was great! Friendly, informative and thorough, the whole staff was there to answer any questions and confirm anything I may have had an issue with. My repair was a simple one, as my car was diagnosed to have a faulty PRV ( Pressure Reducing Valve ) it was returned to me the next day. Every detailed double checked so I was all set to go the moment I walked in and was handed the keys. If I ever have another issue I need assistance with, I'll gladly give Kevin and the team a call!
