I've taken my BMW roadster to Pacific Motor Service on two occasions and have had equally great service. The first time was to deal with a set of suspension, engine performance and safety issues related to my aged used car, which were all resolved. In fact after the tune-up, my road MPG exceeded the manufacturer's highway estimate! My second visit was for routine maintenance and to address a leak that I couldn't address myself. Again, a quality job at a price that was appropriate for the work done. I don't have a garage to do all of my own service on my 15+ year-old BMW, so I wanted to find a place that respected me and my diagnostic skills to tackle issues that I wouldn't necessarily turn to a dealer for. Pacific Motor Service is not the highest nor the lowest price for auto service, but the people are honest, communicate with you as a customer, warranty their work, and get it right -- and that's worth every penny.

Kevin, was very honest and up front with the issues of a disaster we purchased. Kevin, made sure that we were aware of all issues wrong and right with the truck and fixed the safety issues first. The rest will have to wait until we can afford it.

The problems with 2nd gear are internal and require the expertise of a trained professional. I am an advocate of supporting our educational institutions, especially MPC's Automotive Technology department, I taught night school at MPC for years and hire interns from the program. My experience with Pacific Motor Service today was excellent, as it has been, consistently, for a number of years. These people care, and they work with you. I learned today that it will cost more than I can afford at this time to replace a component inside the driver's side door that controls the windows. Three windows were no longer working and now the driver's side window is starting to go. Kevin will look into finding a used part, but meanwhile, offered to remove the mechanism for the time being so the window doesn't get stuck in the down position if I forget, open it, and freeze until I can afford to get it fixed. Efficient problem solving and thoughtful, courteous service are always my experience at Pacific Motor Service.

I am very happy with the quality of service. This is not the first time I have taken my BMW into Pacific Motors. Each time they explain exactly what is going on and why. They attempted to work with me on pricing for parts and the initial diagnosis did not break the bank. I am very pleased with the service and look forward to going back again...if only my BMW would run forever and never need service!

PROFESSIONAL, pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, thorough, on time, HONEST and clean. For the peace of mind bring your car here, you'll get the answer either good or not so good straight forward. When Jim called to tell me that my car was ready, I immediately set out for the shop--and a good thing too. That's because when I got behind the wheel I noticed that the headlights had been left on after the vehicle had been brought back from the test drive. If I had dawdled in coming down to pick up my vehicle, by the time I got there the battery may very well have been run down and incapable of starting the car. However, I'm sure Jim would have had it charged up for me, but that would have taken some extra time.
