Received great service for the scheduled reason, but found a problem that needed prompt attention into keep from getting worse. This was dealt with and the car feels better than it has in a couple years.

All of the personnel that I dealt with at Pacific Motor Service were very polite, professional, respectful, helpful, friendly and informative. They looked at my vehicle right away to determine what needed to be done first so they could get power to the truck, and then be able to conduct further checks to determine the root problem / cause. I truly appreciated that they called me and discussed everything with me prior to fixing / replacing any part, for my opinion / input as to what I would like / wanted to do. Another great perk was they had a shuttle service and took me to work and came and picked me up once my vehicle was done. That is such a terrific service to offer as it provides ease to those of us that still need to go to work while our vehicle is getting repaired. I'm so glad I found this shop! I went to 2 dealers and the last dealer wanted to sell me a transmission to correct my shifting problems. Pacific found a problem with a faulty alternator that caused my transmission computer to go crazy. I don't understand the exact reason my computer went crazy but i do know this shop saved me thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs. Thanks you for helping me with this headache.
