Recently I took my vehicle to Pacific Motors for it wasn't running correctly. After having them look at the vehicle and having them explain to me in depth what had happen and what will happen if I continue to drive the car without the repair. I felt comfortable in what Kevin (owner) was saying. He literally exceed my expectations that the very next week, I began to have another problem which was not related tot he first. Beings that I felt so comfortable with the service I received the first time. When the tow truck driver asked me where I wanted it taken too, I said Pacific Motors. I didn't even have to think twice. Now both problems have been fixed it runs like a Gem and I know that if I have any problems with the work that has been done that Kevin will honor his work which leaves me feeling comfortable. "Giving me peace of mind". Another great thing is when you visit Pacific Motors in Pacific Grove, you deal with the owner directly. Not just some desk clerk like you do at the dealerships. Plus, Im sure I paid 1/2 the price then what the dealership would of charged me and with the guarantee, you can't go wrong with Pacific Motor Service.

Excellent service. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly as well as all of the technicians. I didnt have an appointment and they were able to have me in and out in about two hours at the most. Very clean and welcoming business. Excellent work and costumer service. I am a college student originally from the central valley. This was my first time at their shop and I after my visit I wont go to anyone else in Monterey except for Pacific Motor service. Price was a little high but reasonable for Monterey too for the work done.
