Great service. Thorough and very professional. Took off one star because one of the parts my car needed fixed was quoted at three times the price I was able to find elsewhere so I had to forfeit that repair - but then again their service comes with a warranty and parts come from prestige suppliers, so it was a tradeoff. The service I did get had a good price plus extra perks like a comprehensive safety checkup and tire rotation. Will definitely use their service again.

Pacific Motor Service is a great place to get your car or truck serviced. We take all three of our car's to the Monterey location on a regular basis and they are friendly, thoughtful about the recommended services and professional in their work. Never had to take our cars back for anything they fixed. Jim the manager is always there to answer any question you may have.

I've used this shop for 5 years since moving to Carmel for a 1993 Toyota Corolla and 2013 Mazda 5. The service is excellent and prices reasonable. Very nice front office staff.

Excellent and friendly service! Always check online for discount coupons. This is the 3rd time I have brought my Mini Cooper here. Since there is no local dealership I was looking for a reliable place to do import servicing. So far it's been great and never have had to wait more than an hour for my car to be finished. Will definitely be coming back! If they added a complimentary car wash w/ servicing like the dealerships it would be perfect!!
