Been taking my car there for about 9 years. Honest service. If my car ever needed multiple services, they are always able to tell me what I need now versus what could safely be done with my next regular service. And I've overheard conversations with other customers where the cost to fix simply wasn't worth it - they will actually tell customers if whatever would be a waste of money.

Jim and the team seem to have it tegether. They had my Tacoma ready the next day, after an emergency repair that required a tow truck. They repaired only what I requested, after a thoral professional estimate of repairs needed. The whole team had good communmmunication, and knew each detail when I picked up my truck. I just wish I knew about these guys before my other previous poor quality repairs from another shop(United Truck). I am still fixing things this other shop missed up. It is always a difficult task to not only repair something, but also fix someone one else’s mistakes. Thanks again to the team at Pacific Auto. I look forward to more great service!
