They fixed my front brake vibration problem quickly and for a reasonable price. They also did a multipoint check on the car. I would highly recommend them.

I have a 1995 Grand Cherokee Jeep and it has been wonderfully serviced for years for minor and major issues. They are timely, expert in their work, go extra mile to find parts and kindly explain every step in the repair. I am comfortable and confident their work & customer service.

We had an oil change for our Prius-C at Pacific Motor Service in Pacific Grove. Kyle helped us and he was very polite, professional and efficient in getting us setup with an appointment and then checking us in. He remembered that I asked to wait for the car and he said they would make sure to do it as quickly as possible. It was about an hour wait just as estimated. The waiting area is very neat and clean and they offered a wall of books to read too. Once done he went through a run down of the report and never tried to sell me on anything. It was a clear, concise report. It was a very pleasant, hassle free experience. We’ll definitely come again!

I only do 4 stars because there has to be so flaws in something, Right! All in all I am very pleased with everything.

Well, thank you for the review. It does sting a little bit getting a deduction for an unidentifiable deficiency. We'll try better next time...I guess...I am glad you were very pleased with everything though.

Excellent service all around. Had to stop while far from home on a road trip. Luckily our car's issue turned out to be minor (caused by the dealership the week prior) so we were on our way in just over 2 hours. If we lived anywhere near here this would be my auto shop for sure. Thank you so much to Kevin and the Pacific Motor Service team!

While I had to bring my car in twice to get a difficult air conditioner problem solved, both Kyle and Kevin went above and beyond to solve the problem under a very difficult schedule. I highly recommend Pacific Motor Service and would use them again without any hesitation.
