Excellent service all around. Had to stop while far from home on a road trip. Luckily our car's issue turned out to be minor (caused by the dealership the week prior) so we were on our way in just over 2 hours. If we lived anywhere near here this would be my auto shop for sure. Thank you so much to Kevin and the Pacific Motor Service team!

While I had to bring my car in twice to get a difficult air conditioner problem solved, both Kyle and Kevin went above and beyond to solve the problem under a very difficult schedule. I highly recommend Pacific Motor Service and would use them again without any hesitation.

On my way to an appointment, my car developed a very scary metal on metal scraping sound. I immediately turned around, slowly drove back home, and called roadside assistance. I had the car towed to Pacific Motor Service which is less than a mile from my house. Within a short while, the problem was diagnosed and repaired at a minimal cost (a bent brake backplate!) So glad I had my car towed to my neighborhood mechanic instead of the dealership!
